'We stayed in a family room for two nights and overall had a good stay. The room was comfortable with nice view, but housekeeping needs improvement. There were sweets left from the previous guest on arrival, the toilet had a bad smell with no refresher, and the toilet tissue was partially used and not properly replenished we ran out on the last day and eventually gave up calling reception. We also assumed housekeeping was daily, but it wasn’t, and we had to request service after running out of...

'Gym is chargeable, there is a pool in the pictures on Google Maps - nope. Our room was directly above the bar and function room where a wedding party had thumping music until very late. Minimal parking but plenty on the streets nearby. Great reception staff, but wish they'd given us a room in the quieter part of the hotel!'
