'Room was ok - knowing 4 people were checking in very late - did not make sure room was properly prepared - 2 washcloths were left and air conditioner did not work - it was hotter in the room than outside. They didn’t let us know at check in this was an issue and at 2am we didn’t have the energy to deal with it.'

'The hot tub was broken. No bubbles the first night but was at least hot. The second day it wasn’t hot and still had no bubbles. The pool area has an obnoxiously loud buzzing noise that management said was “normal”. They’re doing renovations so I hope after that they address the pool and hot tub issues an we’d probably be willing to stay here again. Staff was great it was went their fault at all'

'The breakfast is not eggs or sausage but it was still nice. Yogurt, bagels and fruit. No coffee pots in room but you have coffee available in the lobby. Our air conditioner wouldn’t shut off so we just unplugged it. Bed was clean as well as the rest off the room and bathroom.'

'The check-in was so easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for food and sights. The location was perfect for both the old port and the art district. The room was beautiful and welcoming but was even better was the beautiful view of the bay. We loved waking up to the beautiful view. Parking was easy and the hotel was comfortable.'
