'This unit was in the perfect location. Everything you could possibly need under a 10 min walk. I was impressed with how thoughtfully decorated it was. Felt like home. The host was amazing, unfortunately I overslept bc I was up late with a migraine the night before. The cleaner woke me I felt terrible. I hurried to get packed up and they were very understanding and patient with me. So grateful to have found her accomodations. I will definitely book with Jennifer when ever I can while I'm visiting...

'Sorry I didn’t take pictures. I really should have.Not the place I booked. Sort of last minute, I was told it was just as nice and price matched. It will cost me a lot more money! It was NOT new renovated (like the other place). Beat up, needed clean up, they were chasing raccoons at 10:30 at night (not helping my 85 yr old mom). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Except for one day, we took our dog with us. TShe hat day I walked her 5 times.Bathroom sinks were backwards (hot/cold)....

'Everything was clean except for the floors. They were dark; when we spilled something the cloth we wiped with came back black. The host has really "poor boyed" everything...the towels were threadbare, wash cloths had threads hanging off of them. The sheets were cheap with rubber cover on mattress, similar to what you would put on a crib; the sheets would not stay on the bed due to this cover. The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, if next to impossible to get up off...the springs...

'The location of this property was fantastic! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The property looked to be recently remodeled and was nice and clean. The other units in the property were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We didn't need to communicate with the hosts during our stay, but the check-in information and the welcome binder was informational and detailed. I would fully recommend this property to anyone staying in the Portland area!'

'Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach.'
