It was one of the best appointed rentals I’ve stayed at—every little thing I needed and went looking for could be found (except a pen or pencil). « Everything was fine except....
The dishwashing detergent provided was useless! It took a huge amount of it to even begin to remove any fat from the dishes. Junk! At home, we use a generic brand that works well, but not this. UGH!!
The little cottage was cute, the view was amazing! Overall, we had a good time.
I thought about a 3 star review because of the soap, though.. »

« The views from this room are fabulous. The picture in VRBO sold me. The owners are justifiably proud of their place. They have a lot of little rules that are shared during the check in. Nothing taxing, just a lot. That's probably why the place is kept so nice. It is not stand-alone rooms, so chance of neighbor noise. Not as private as most VRBOs I"ve stayed in. There are good places to eat. Best we found were south across the bridge in the lower town. »

« This was, by far, my favorite stay on my Redwoods / Oregon coast road trip. The property was beautiful, the ocean view was incredible and the room was perfect. I appreciate all the little extras provided that made it feel like home. I was in need of nothing. Patrick met me at the gate and showed me around as soon as I got there. I will definitely be back and I will be staying longer next time! »

« Hidden gem on the lake. Quiet, clean, comfortable. There’s a market not too far away, but otherwise grab food in your way to the place if you’re getting in late. There’s aren’t a lot of nearby food options. We loved our stay. Worth it for the view out the living room window alone. »
