« We loved staying at Bay Bliss apartments the pool and the view were beautiful and a highlight. We didn’t realise how far out of Airlie we would be but luckily the bus was great and cost effective during the day. After spending the night sitting up on the couch with my personal towel as a blanket and not being able to secure alternative accommodation I had to fly back to W.A. that afternoon which cost me an extra $700. All of the activities I had booked and pre-paid for were not refunded. I’m not a sook but I cried for days. »
