There is also a large backyard where the kids can play.
Experience all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer including the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, just seven miles away, for year-round fun. The shores of Emerald Bay are ready for a fun picnic just a short 12 miles from this rental. And visit the famous South Lake casinos, and discover plenty of fine dining, shopping, and nightlife.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This home IS NOT equipped with Air Conditioning
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
