« The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. « Very unique experience in a wonderful locations but a few asterisks.There is no plumbing en suite, which we were aware of, but the bathhouse (clean) is a good 100 yards away. Not ideal for middle-of-the-night wakeups or if your ability to get around is compromised. It got very cold overnight and unfortunately the fireplace would not switch on. The batteries in the remote were probably the culprit, but this didn't help make us any warmer. The staff was very nice and helpful. »

« My stay was absolutely amazing. They have a hot tub on property overlooking the mountains it’s wonderful. It even started raining hard and was one of the most peaceful moments being out in nature overlooking the mountains being up high on one yourself. It’s very remote and private. Everything about this place was great. Host was very nice and attentive. Responded right away and gave me extra time to get my stuff together in the morning as I was behind. « The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

« The cabin was charming, the kitchen was stocked with tools for cooking, and the wood fired hot tub was magical. It's a perfect place for families or a couple who are looking for a Catskills getaway or are skiing in the area. Would definitely come back. »

« The cabin was so cozy and perfect for our snowy weekend in the Catskills. The amenities were just as described, if not better! The jacuzzi was perfect for the cold, snowy day. Bill and Umi went above and beyond for my wife's birthday, with special touches like flowers and treats for the stay. They also got us checked in early despite a foot of snow, downed trees, and no electricity (thank goodness for the generator!). We already are planning to book another stay this winter! « We weren't expecting a lot when we made this reservation, but we were pleasantly surprised about how comfortable and convenient it was. The cabin is off a road but once you drive up to it, you feel nature and our dog loved running in the woods behind the house. The cabin has all the amenities you need, although wifi is spotty.
