« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« Such a beautiful location! The views are lovely, and the place was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The only recommendation we would have is to add curtains in the lounge area to block out the strong afternoon sun. We tried to enjoy a family movie with the kids in the afternoon, but unfortunately the sun was so bright that we couldn’t see the screen at all. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the place was lovely! »
