'It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods.
The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked.
I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.'

'This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.'

'Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service

'This was the first time I stayed in a hostel, and I was concerned about shared bathrooms and the size of the room. It is indeed a VERY small room, a single bed, and enough space to get in and out of it. It has a small TV and that's it. It has the look and the feel of a train or ship cabin, that I found quite cute and charming. Even if very, very small, it was incredibly comfortable! It was serviced upon request, with clean sheets and fluffy towels provided every day. The bathrooms are shared...

'The hotel is well positioned, close to the flat iron. The room is big enough for two people, a bit dark as the window view is on another building.
We got the room cleaned everyday but the cleaning service comes in the late afternoon so plan your day accordingly.
The bathroom was big, but the shower doesn't have proper separation so you get water on the floor when you use it.
Overall, good hotel in Manhattan, probably overpriced but that's what you get in NY.'
