The property sits on a large private lot, so it feels very secluded and quiet—perfect for unplugging—but it’s still only about 15–20 minutes from the main parks and trails like Old Man’s Cave and Cedar Falls.We traveled with three young kids (all under 4) and our dog, and the setup worked really well for us. « We only stayed one night, but we wish it had been longer! The cabin was clean, cozy, rustic, and perfectly secluded. We loved listening to the birds chirping, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying dinner on the patio surrounded by nature. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and we would definitely come back. »

« We had a great time! The house was great and the grounds were clean and easy to navigate. The hot tub was hot and the jets all work! We needed to reach out to management a couple of times, and communication was timely. Couple of thoughts: don’t plan on using cell service wifi is the way to go! Also there is no soundproofing between the bedrooms/floors. You can hear every step. Would recommend. »

« Everything was wonderful. We weren't able to enjoy the firepit or the swing since we had so much snow! The cabin was lovely. The area was beautiful. If you stay here, you have to put Old Mans Cave on your list of things to see. It's simply breathtaking. The cabin was very accommodating and was as advertised.
