« We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. « Issues began with check-in where a $20/day parking fee and a $200 security deposit were added. The springs on one side of the bed creaked loudly. The television in the room never worked, even after an employee was sent to assist. Construction on the site made it difficult to park anywhere close to the room and the noise greeted us each morning at 8 am.
