'Onze vakantie bij Les Pâtis was heerlijk! Het grote zwembad voor de deur, onze bbq, de tennisbaan (die wij gebruikte als sportveld), de jacuzzi om even terug te trekken of juist om rustig bij te praten met een borrel, de torenhoge bomen voor prettige schaduw tijdens hete dagen en het geweldige, grote huis Les Rosas. En ja, het is een oud huis, met alle charmes van dien, dus het vertoonde af en toe een klein mankementje, maar de vriendelijke en accurate manier waarop en de snelheid waarmee Tony...

"We hadden fietsen mee. Ik vroeg of ze ergens een veilige plaats hadden: ja, we mochten ze in de ontbijtzaal plaatsen. Waw, zo vriendelijk. Helaas was die zaal op slot toen we terug kwamen van onze avondwandeling de receptie is dan idd niet meer bemand. We hadden ze sneller moeten stallen. De kamer was wel klein, moeilijk om valiezen open te laten. Het ontbijt was goed, ruime keuze voor wat je wil eten; alles werd snel aangevuld. Persoonlijk miste ik wel roereieren, je kan wel zelf een eitje koken."
