This place is fantastic! It has all the accommodations, almost everything we needed in the kitchen, a tons of plates, silverware, wine glasses, pots, pans, herbs, etc, although the blender didn’t work but everything else was great. There was plenty of coffee for everyone. The inside of the house was awesome; spacious, a board game room with a fire place! just wish it had an extra bedroom but it didn’t really matter. The outdoors of the property it’s a draw for nature lovers.The area where is located it’s amazing! It rain a lot during our stay but, there’s a small creek on the back where we went to explore with the kids.It will definitely go on our list of favorites for our Family Christmas Reunion.

Excellent House for a Holiday Gathering—Comfortable & Well-EquippedWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Sonoma house while celebrating Thanksgiving. The home was a great fit for our party of six and was genuinely nice and comfortable throughout our trip.The property and host have ensured the house is exceptionally well-stocked. The kitchen was a standout feature for us—having two separate ovens was a huge advantage and made preparing our holiday dinner stress-free. We had all the utensils and supplies we needed for a full Thanksgiving meal.The property also offered fantastic features for relaxation. We especially enjoyed using the spa and the fire pit during the evenings. It's worth noting that the house also offers a pool and bocce ball court, making it ideal for various seasons and activities.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this well-equipped and relaxing home to anyone visiting Sonoma.

Great for families

My family had a great time here! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty to keep us occupied while staying here. There’s a great selection of games and books for a variety of ages and interests. My kids and their cousins really enjoyed the hot tub and the bocce court. The hot tub controls took a bit to understand as did the fireplace remote but we were finally able to figure it out. We had some issues with a broken drawer and cabinet but we had a quick response from the hosts and they got it fixed quickly. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation.

Hidden Gem in Sonoma

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sonoma home. It was tucked into a quiet neighborhood with large lots and felt very private. The grounds to this home were great with a pool, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit and more! The home was spacious and fit our family. It was a little dated for the price, but functional none the less. The property management team was so helpful. We had a few hiccups during our stay, to not fault of the owners or property managers, just little silly things like a breaker popped etc, and they were so timely in helping us! We would definitely book this place again!

Family holiday in Sonoma

Lovely property situated a short drive from Sonoma plaza. Excellent bbq and hot tub which was perfect in the cooler weather. Visited Napa as well but honestly preferred Sonoma. And take a drive out to Jack London’s home at Glen Ellen. And if wine is the primary reason for your visit you are spoilt for choice. Do your research and simply catch a taxi out to -and between - numerous very good vineyards. And you do not have to pay a premium. Make sure Loxton is on your list. The Aussie owner was excellent- and not just because we are from NZ.

Good sized property in nice location. However, one portion of house had no electricity. We had no wifi and no TV for 24 hours. One toilet leaked on the floor at flushing. Plumbing and electricity dated everywhere except kitchen. Five large garbage cans were full on arrival and we were requested to move to curb for pickup per instructions, which we did. Sagging soft bed in master room. Way over priced. No refund offered for lack of provision of promised services and inconvenience. We were happy to leave.

Perfect for a girls’ getaway!

Six of us stayed in this house with plenty of room! It was chilly at night and the fireplaces were perfect and easy to use. We played games that they had in the game room and a welcome card and the like. Would definitely stay there again!

The stay you want, in the house you need

This house wasn't our first choice but it certainly will be on our next Napa trip! The house is designed with entertainment in mind. Spacious common areas and plenty of things to do. So many small details we really appreciated. The welcome gift box, cleaned outdoor furniture, even the little toilet paper roll bows made for a great stay. A few small drawback though, most annoying of which was the extra daily heating cost for the pool. Thankfully not the hot tub but we would have just preferred the pool cost got rolled into the house so it wasn't such a "gotcha!" item of disappointment. Also, the lawn bowling court could have used a cleaning as it felt run down, dirty with broken balls. Nevertheless the stay experience on the whole was enjoyable. Thanks!

Not worth the money

The pictures make this house look much better than it actually is. There are many small things wrong with this house, but also a few big things: 1. Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. So if you want the pool heated than you have to turn it off and wait for the hut tub to be heated. Vice versa. 2. The plumbing in this home is very old. The baths and showers don't drain properly. So you are standing in water while you shower. Also, the drain covers come off and float around in the water while you take a shower. Not good. The showers are also very short. I am 5'6 and the shower head come right at the top of my head. The water out of the master bath sink came out like it had 8 different holes. 3. There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. So it is pretty difficult to clean up food. 4. The bedrooms don't get good air circulation so its very hot (or cold) in all bedrooms. 5. The house has not been kept up. The floors look old and stained, the outside has paint chipping everywhere and the grill outside looks like it hasn't been used in years. 6. The outside lights are only on motion sensors. They shut off after 5 mins of being on. So if you are enjoying the outside at night, you have to get up and move around every 5 mins. 7. There are also no lights in the pool or hot tub so using them at night makes it fairly difficult. You can't see much.

Perfect house for our girls trip!

My friends and I had an amazing time! The home is so beautiful and filled with everything you need for your stay - plenty of cookware, dinnerware, cleaning supplies and specialty soaps! The backyard was the perfect oasis for our group with the pool, hot tub, outdoor table, grills, and large backyard. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Wine Country. We were 10min away from Sonoma Plaza. Can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

This house was outstanding for our trip with our boys (ages 16-21). There was so much to do at the house; pool, hot tub, bags, bocce, mini golf on bocce court, bikes, poker table/chips, outdoor kitchen area w/ fridge. In addition, the management was excellent; the best I have had with a VRBO. They texted regularly to check on us. They were incredibly responsive. For example, we didn't know there would be bikes with the house (brand new). We were excited to see that, but the tires were all flat. After a text, we had a bike pump delivered to the house within a couple of hours. The heat for the pool and hot tub worked great. Location was close to wineries, golf, disc golf, hiking, etc.
