'Was voor ons de eerste keer in een resort en dat was wel even wennen. De start was niet gelukkig omdat we eerst lekker werden gemaakt met een upgrade en dus een zouden we een kamer krijgen met uitzicht op de zee. Was inderdaad mooie locatie maar helaas was er die dag of kort ervoor iets gerenoveerd/geverfd in de kamer en er hing een heel sterke aceton lucht die helaas niet weg ging. We kregen uiteindelijk een andere kamer zonder uitzicht en dat was een beetje onbevredigend. Dag later hebben...

'Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish...

'All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. 'The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok.'

'Some of the staff were extremely impolite and rude, when they wanted you to spend money they seemed to be much more friendly, will not be staying again. Hotel overall is good but some of the staff ( reception members make the place a lot less friendly than it should be) '
