'Great value lodging with hospitable staff. Check-in and check-out process was good. The only thing that was disappointing was the appearance of one of the duvets in the room. There were lots of stain marks. I asked for one of the staff for a new duvet in the morning, but when I got back into my room in the evening the same duvet was put on my bed instead of being replaced.'

'The good: Lovely staff who are always willing to assist. The friendly greetings each time we walked past the reception desk made us smile. Comfortable room. The bad: Food at the restaurant not great for the price. The ugly: Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. The smell of other guests smoking nearby was really strong and unpleasant.
