This clean, modern cabin offers a cozy atmosphere with its half-log walls and tongue-and-groove ceilings. Relax on the covered front porch, which can comfortably accommodate several people. With two stories and about 720 square feet of living space, this cabin is designed for comfort and convenience.

The upstairs features a queen bed and a twin bed, while the main floor has a sleeper sofa for extra guests. There`s ample on-site parking for two vehicles, so you can bring your entire crew along. For indoor dining, a small breakfast peninsula with three stools and a fold-out table that seats four are perfect for meals. When the weather is nice, head outside to enjoy a meal at the picnic table.

The living room on the main floor is furnished with a full-size couch, a love seat, and a comfortable chair. On rainy days or after a long day of exploring, unwind with some TV or a DVD. A large coffee table provides additional space for dining or for playing cards and board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and crockpot, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Whether you`re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a hearty dinner, this kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy your stay, whether you`re here with family, friends, or your fishing crew—this cabin has room for everyone!

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the outdoor picnic table and fire pit. Please be aware that a second cabin on the premises is occupied.

Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are narrow.

Follow the House Guide: Each property includes a digital or printed guidebook containing important information and any property-specific rules. Please review and follow all instructions provided.
Communicate with Your Host: If you have any questions, maintenance concerns, or issues during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Keep the Property Clean: Please leave the property in substantially the same condition as when you arrived, including disposing of trash properly and cleaning up after yourselves.
Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. unless prior written approval has been granted. Late departures may result in additional charges.
No Smoking, No Pets & No Parties: All properties are strictly non-smoking, pet-free, and party-free unless otherwise expressly approved in writing.
Children: Our properties are marketed as welcoming to families and children. However, please be aware that we do not provide child-specific amenities such as cribs, high chairs, baby gates, outlet covers, cabinet locks, or other childproofing features unless specifically stated in the listing. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times and determining whether the property is appropriate for their family’s needs.
Riverfront Properties (Where Applicable): Properties located on or near a river present inherent natural hazards, including but not limited to swift currents, changing water levels, uneven terrain, slippery rocks, docks, wildlife, and cold water conditions. By choosing to stay at a riverfront property, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to use the riverfront area entirely at their own risk. Guests accept full responsibility for supervising all members of their party, especially children, and agree to hold harmless and release the property owner, property manager, and their agents from any liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages arising from the use of the riverfront, shoreline, dock, or surrounding outdoor areas, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds issued in accordance with our cancellation policy will be processed less any non-refundable payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% of the booking total) incurred at the time of payment.
