'The place was beautiful. I chose it for how beautiful and well thought out it looked, and honestly I was amazed at all the art and beauty. The mattress and beddings were incredibly comfortable. The decor in the bedroom was beautiful. The water was hot in the shower with great pressure. The common areas were dreamy, with plants, beautiful chairs, and art. The breakfast was also delicious! I appreciated the free coca tea that really helped me on my first morning. The location was absolutely...

'We had a lovely stay for our first two nights in Peru while acclimatizing to the altitude! The room was clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Coffee, tea, and water were always available, and breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The only minor downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof, so we could hear other guests in the hallway quite clearly. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d happily recommend this hotel!'

'Great hotel with a good breakfast, comfortable rooms and a relaxing spa. I would definitely go there again. '

'This is a very nice hotel. What was outstanding was the dining area on the 9th floor which was a very great outlook for the airport activity. If anyone is looking for an observation tower, this is it!'

'Every staff member was perfect. Even the airport shuttle driver…he was standing in the rain late at night waiting for me with a big smile on his face. Front Desk personnel were lovely and friendly. Breakfast room hostess was smiling, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say there was anything spectacularly special about the rooms but mine was spotless. I didn’t notice anything to indicate the room was tired. Breakfast options were extremely plentiful. I believe there’s plenty to keep everyone...

'Interesting location between the airport and the train station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. At reception aswell as in the restaurant. Comfortable bathroom and beds.'

'I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room.'
