My husband and I had a lovely lovely stay at Bahab house situated in Gullubahce village which is apparently a 3000 year old inhabited site. We chose Bahab because we knew it would be an intimate residence, cloaked within a natural background. Quiet in its setting. A restored stone unit crafted with care and love. Breakfasting in a garden clothed in indigenous plants and flowers. Our room honored its 250 year old heritage with its traditional Turkish decor. Skirted beds with pristine white sheets and long staunch embroidered pillows resting from one end of the headboard to the other. We enjoyed this refuge from the heat and beat of the beach. Beautiful secluded hillside stay
A really wonderful find. A real bed and breakfast feel. Beautiful secluded village in the hills, wonderful hospitality. We walked a small way up the hill for an incredible dinner with views and wonderful breakfast. The hosts were magnificent. Loved it.

It was a great stay!
We had an amazing experience during our two-day stay! The breakfasts were organic, homemade, and varied. Cem Bey and his wife took great care of us from the first day. We had pleasant conversations and spent enjoyable evenings together. We stayed in a historic stone house and the room and bathroom were very clean. We felt right at home. The place we stayed was in a very peaceful location, but also very close to ancient cities and the village of Doğanbey. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area and explore the city of Aydın. 5/5

Sökede çok güzel bir bölgede konumlanmış ve çok zevkli tasarlanmış Bahab konuk evinde bir gece geçirdik ama daha fazla kalmak isterdik. Sahipleri çok güleryüzlü ve samimi kişiler konukseverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltısı müthiş. Hem yaz hem kış keyifli vakit geçirilebilecek bir yer. Yakında gezilecek bir çok tarihi yer var; Priene, Miletos ve Doğanbey köyü gibi. Ayrıca yüzmek için hem Didim hem de Dilek yarımadası milli parkına araba ile yakın mesafede. Bahaba yürüme mesafesi Günbatımı restoranı da tavsiye ederiz.

The most exciting experience during our holiday was our stay at pension Bahab. The owner of house is wise and experienced man and his pretty wife cooked for as better than at Michelins restaurant. We have travelled round the world more than 30 years, but honestly we haven´t seen so beatified and charming pension with so pleasant owners.

Super Gastgeber - Super Guest House
Ein tolles Zimmer mit super freundlichen Gastgebern. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Guest House ein guter Rückzugsort. Zu schade, sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gerechtfertigt.

A sweet, cozy stone house situated in a silent village. It is a perfect location to visit the southern site of the National Park as well as ancient sites such as Miletos, Priene and Didyma. The landlords are super friendly and the comfort is impeccable. Couldn't be better, highly recommended!

El hotel es precioso, además de cómodo, limpio y bien mantenido. El servicio es excelente, amable y cercano. El entorno es muy hermoso y la envidiable posición de hotel permite disfrutar de esa belleza. Lo tiene todo para disfrutar de unos días de descanso en los que visitar la zona.

Wonderful
Room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast fantastic. We chose to have dinner there both nights and it was delicious. Cem and Gamze were very attentive but relaxed — we felt that we could do what ever we wanted. We drove to the Milli park and swam in the sea and found a market in Güzelçamlı. Cem can tell you where to buy bread along the way. We were sorry to leave. They made us feel special.

Aydın ovasına bakan, sakin bir taş ev oteli
Samos dönüşünde Priera Antik Kenti'ni ziyaret etmek üzere bu otelde kaldık. Son dakika rezervasyon olduğu halde sıcak karşılama oldu ve antik kente yakın bir yerde olduğu için sabah kahvaltından önce 2 saat antik kentini gezebildik. Taş evlerini restore edilmiş otel, pek sık, bahçesi güzel, otelden manzara da süperdi. Sadece bir gece kalabildik ama bu bölgede bir sürü antik kenti olduğu için burada birkaç gün kalıp gezmek için de iyi bir yer.

If you have a chance stay in this property, do it. it is the whole surrounding, the nature and ambience and of course the caring hosts, who give you peace and tranquility. Fantastic base to visit Priene (even by walking, around 0,5 km away), and Miletos and the wonderful Apollon Temple and the sacred district (by car). Do not be fooled, although you can see the Apollon Temple well from outside, invest the 18 Turkish Lira to enter the sacred ground, it might be more impressive than you think, plus you see the famous Medusa from close. Accommodation and breakfast outstanding value for money. Price for food in the evening and wine exaggerated (ask for the price first) for Turkish standard, although deliciously homemade and wine locally sourced. Bottomline: an extraordinary pe1ceful stay @our hosts, you might wanna change the picture on the web to a more beautiful one ;-) so other possible guests get an idea

Kindly note that the 38 euro charged was 4 course dinner for 2 people including wine and reflects the fact that all our produce is sourced locally, with only the freshest of ingredients being used. Probably the best accomodation you can find near Soke or Priene/Miletos/Didim! The room was nice and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Although it's a quiet and beautiful countryside, the area is well-served by minibuses (which terminate right at the gate of Priene) and city buses (taking you to Soke, Miletos, and Didim), so it'll be perfectly OK if you don't drive!

İlk etapta çok emin olmadan konaklamaya karar verdiğimiz Bahap Evi’nden ayrılırken, çok doğru bir seçim yaptığımızın farkına vardık. Ev sahipleri Cem Bey ve Gamze Hanım oldukça güler yüzlü ve sıcak insanlar. Kendilerine ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür etmek isteriz. Güllübahçe’de kaldığımız yer, taş evlerden oluşan eski bir Rum köyü. Çevresinde görülmeye değer bir çok antik kent ve müze bulunmakta. Zamanımız kısıtlı olduğu için biz yalnızca Priene, Heraklia ve Miletos antik kentlerini ve Milet müzesini gezebildik. Güllübahçe’ye yakın konumda bulunan Doğanbey köyü’nü de mutlaka görmek gerekir. Bahap Evi, köyün atmosferine uygun olarak, zevkli döşenmiş otantik bir taş ev. Şehrin karmaşasından uzak, yalnızca kuşların ve cırcır böceklerinin seslerini duyabileceğiniz, sessiz ve huzurlu bir kaçamak için ideal bir yer. Bu arada, Gamze Hanım’ın kendi elleri ile, doğal meyvelerden yaptığı reçeller ve köy yumurtası ile sunulan lezzetli kahvaltıyı da atlamamak lazım. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle...
