Getting here is easy and direct. You’ll reach the apartment from Sofia Airport in about 25–30 minutes by metro. Simply take Line 4 (yellow) from the airport and get off at Serdika Station, which is just 50 meters from the building entrance—no transfers needed.

If you’re arriving by train or long-distance bus, you can take Line 2 (blue) from Central Railway Station or Central Bus Station, and again exit at Serdika Station. The ride takes just 5 minutes and brings you right to the heart of the city.

- The apartment is located in a residential building, so guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours and neighbors. Each apartment is privately owned, and every owner has the legal right to perform lawful repairs or renovations within their unit. The host has no control over activities in other apartments or nearby properties and cannot be held responsible for any temporary noise or inconvenience resulting from them.
- As required by Article 116 (5) of the Bulgarian Tourism Act, all guests must provide certain personal details after booking to complete mandatory tourist registration.
- The heating in the apartment is centralized and provided by the city’s heating supplier. The host does not control when the heating season starts or ends, as this is determined by external temperatures and municipal decisions. During the summer months, heating is switched off citywide.
- Invoices can be issued upon request. Please inform the host before check-out if you require one.
- Parking is available in the interior yard of the building and is free of charge, but a free parking space is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Parking is at guests’ own risk, and the host is not responsible for the availability, condition, or safety of parked vehicles.
