'Vladi, the receptionist is the best! He knows how to spell the word SERVICE by taking care of you the way you expect to be taken care of is an airport hotel. He arranged a free taxi to the airport as the free shuttle was in use already by other guests. Easy access to the hotel, the rooms are clean, breakfast with everything you need/wish for. I recommend you stay there everytime you need tostay close to Sofia airport.'

'Prima hotel voor zakenreizigers, dichtbij het vliegveld en gratis shuttle. Ook voor toeristen is het een goed hotel, maar het hotel bevindt zich aan de rand van de stad. Als toerist zit je misschien liever in het centrum van Sofia. Ik ben er 4 tot 5x per jaar. Dat zegt genoeg, toch?'

Raya - lovely front desk girl was absolutely gorgeous and helped me tremendously. Hotel did not have room available for one more night so Raya helped me find room at nearby hotel. Strongly recommend this place!'

'Wij hadden een arts nodig En een half uurtje later was hij er met assistente .Zo snel een arts hebben we zelfs in Nederland , niet gehad. Via het personeel uitstekend geregeld. Nogmaals hartelijk bedankt. '

The rooms are very spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable. Room equipped with coffeemachine and good stuffed mini bar. Bathrooms big and luxurious. Molton Brown products, als for sale. The spa is sufficient, one sauna, one steam room, a big swimming pool and one hot and one cold tub. Massages can be booked at the hotel against European prices....
