This is a lovely 30m2 apartment located in the heart of Sofia, 5 mins (500 meters) from Alexander Nevski Cathedral. This truly comfortable apartment designed mixing necessity and comfort in an old and cosy space, will help you to experience Sofia's unforgettable charm. Located in an 1930’s building. Great for a romantic getaway or a business trip alike.Very easy to get from and to the airport or from the bus and the train stations by metro or by car. The nearest metro station Serdika is 400 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is very clean. It has high ceilings 3.7m., TV set with a selection of 100+ channels to enjoy on a rainy day, high speed wi-fi and a tiny but fully-equipped kitchenette.
Note it's on the 3rd (third) floor of an old building unfortunately without elevator.

It is a quite and relaxing place looking at a back yard.Central location, perfect for any tourist who wants to see the heart of the city at a glimpse.The location is great as it's close to the Serdika metro station (directly from /to the airport for 20-25 min.) 3 mins (by walk) and Alexander Nevski Cathedral 5 mins (by walk).

At your disposal,there always is tea ,coffee and refreshments.

- Warm in winter (Air conditioning unit) and pleasantly cool in the summer
- LIDL supermarket 2 mins from the building
- Mineral water springs – 2 mins from the building
- Kitchenette: it’s small but is functionally designed and it has all you need to make a delicious meal: a stove, a fridge (including a freezer), a kettle, a toaster. Note the apartment is located in a neighborhood where there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants just steps away offering great-quality breakfast, lunch and dinners at excellent prices (for example lunch menus starting at 3-4 euro...) and cater to all tastes (Italian, Indian, American, Asian, Chinese, Vegetarian, Vegan...)

There is of course a self check-in option ,so you will not have to worry about your early/late time of arrival/departure.Just let us know your expected arrival time .
