'The neighborhood is awful, no fault of the condos. Comfortable room and clean. Access to waterparks and pools but beware you cannot access bathrooms unless you find someone with a room key. A housekeeper found my granddaughters IPAD and they called us immediately to let us know. Didn't even realize we had left it. Love to know honest people still exist. The young lady at check in had a fantastic personality and was very helpful.'

'So many things wrong. Mold in bathroom, hair on sheets, dirty moldy dishes in dishwasher. Have to climb 4-5 flights of stairs bc on 3rd floor. I get no elevator But try hauling suitcases and then golf clubs up 5 flights everyday. No AC for us (apparently she didn’t know it wasn’t working) smart thermostats notify when disconnected and no screen ventilation. Cleaning standards are poor even if it had been cleaned. Dusty and fingerprints. Host had cleaning lady bring new sheets when I sent...

'It was a great location for attractions and the beaches. The condo was clean and very well appointed. The elevator was very convenient. The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed the balcony with a great view of the golf course. We hope to stay again in the future!'
