Located just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views, a private pool, hot tub, multiple decks, and screened porch, this home makes it easy to spend your vacation soaking up the best of island living.

Start your morning outside with coffee and the salty ocean breeze before heading down for a day on the beach. When you're ready for a change of scenery, come back to the house for an afternoon by the private pool or settle into the hot tub for a relaxing soak. With plenty of deck space and a screened porch, there are lots of places to spread out, catch some sunshine, enjoy a meal outside, or simply sit back and listen to the sounds of the coast.

Inside, the home is bright, spacious, and designed with larger families and groups in mind. Cathedral ceilings and abundant natural light give the main living area an open and airy feel, while plenty of gathering space makes it easy to reconnect over meals, games, and laid-back evenings together. The spacious kitchen sits at the heart of the home, providing plenty of room for everyone to gather while meals and beach-day snacks come together.

An elevator makes moving between levels more convenient, while six bedrooms provide plenty of space to recharge when the day winds down. On cooler evenings, gather around the gas fireplace, or step back outside and enjoy the coastal air from one of the home's many outdoor spaces.

With the beach just steps away, ocean views, a private pool, hot tub, screened porch, and plenty of room for the whole crew, this North Topsail Beach getaway is ready for days filled with sunshine, swimming, and time together by the coast.

Please note: The neighboring property immediately to the left when facing the home is the North Topsail Beach Fire Station, which was recently rebuilt. Guests may occasionally see or hear normal activity associated with an operating fire station during their stay.
