What a beautiful place for my friends and I for a long Beach weekend. The host is top notch and very responsive, the place was well stocked with the necessities, very clean, comfortable, plenty of space, beautiful views. The hot tub was perfect so clean and relaxing. Would stay here again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Kids first trip to the beach

We had planned this vacation back in February and Megann has been wonderful to work with. She eased any worry I had and answered every question. I often return to the villa because the beach isn’t crowded at all and it’s a very family friendly atmosphere. My oldest child is autistic and did very well with the noises of the beach and pools and didn’t get overstimulated and overwhelmed. 10/10 would stay here again and I definitely recommend the casa de palmas

Wonderful!!!

My friend and our children (ages 4, 7, 9, and 11) loved our stay! This place is so lovely, we will definitely book again! The property is fantastic, the pools and beach are amazing, so easy to get to the beach, perfect for kids. The hosts were so thoughtful and kind, and their communication was so great!

Perfect family vacation

Despite battling pop up rain storms all weekend, our stay was great. Unit was clean and impeccably stocked. They even have a foam topper for the dreaded sleeper sofa that made my kids much more comfy! Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, kitchen utensils/pans. No need to bring any from home! Unit location was ideal on the first level and towards the front so it made loading and unloading a breeze. Hosts were great, personable, and very responsive. The only downside (which is not a reflection of the unit itself) was the hot tubs on the property, they were lukewarm at best lol 10/10 would recommend.

The condo was attractive,comfortable,clean and provided items to make stay more enjoyable. Having linens,beach chairs,toiletries provided definitely simplifies travel.This property and the pools, and grounds are well maintained. Will plan a return visit.

First time at the ocean!

We brought our daughter’s family including two small children. They had a blast at the beach and in the pools. We stayed in October so there were days that it was too cold to swim. The pools are not heated. The condo had everything we needed including some toys for the kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome beach vacation!

We had a blast staying at this wonderful condo. The hosts were very helpful and communicative and thoughtful and proactive. The condo had everything we needed and more for our family of four. We appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, and that the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary applicances for cooking. We found it clean, bright, beautifully decorated just as pictured. The view from the balcony overlooking the grounds, pools, and ocean were great. Our kids (6 and 5 years old) loved trying each of the different pools on the property. It was quick and easy to get out to the beach. Even on July 4th weekend, we had plenty of space for our own little spot on the beach. The beach itself is gorgeous. It’s easy to get back to the property for breaks from the sun, lunch, bathrooms, etc. Overall, I would absolutely recommend and our family would definitely love to stay here again.

Beach Reunion

We lived in the Reef from 2013-2015 in building 8, this property is vastly better than the condo that we lived in so many years ago. It was wonderful to bring my children to the place that my wife and I had fell in love at. This property was impressive and more than we expected. Great place to rest your head and enjoy the beaches of NC.

Family vacation

We loved our stay at Casa De Palms. The condo had a beautiful view and tropical feel. It was very clean and had lots of extras. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking dinner and if you didn’t want to cook, the restaurant was steps away! We would definitely stay again!

Precious Family Time

This spacious condo was perfect for our family getaway!! Location was close to all the restaurants, beach and shops. The fact that the condo was so kid friendly made it feel like home away from home. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again!! The host was amazing she communicated immediately and was very helpful. The condo was fully stocked and oh the view from the balcony!! I just can’t say enough good things wonderful place to stay!!

Best beach vacation ever

I was blown away by how beautiful and relaxing Villa Capriani is. I honestly didnt need half of what I brought. Everything you can think of was already in the condo. I'm a pool person and was not dissapointed. Huge pools, very clean and steps away from the beach. I will definitely be back. Host was fantastic . Thanks for a stress free, relaxing stay.

Family Vacation

From the very moment we booked to even after arriving home, communication was quick and helpful with Megann. All of the small details she added for us to feel right at home was so impressive. We will 100% plan to stay here again. The condo was beautiful, the pools were enjoyable, and we loved finding fall of the sharks teeth on the beach! My daughter forgot a pair of shorts and we left a poker chip. Megann mailed those to us without us realizing we left them. Her customer service for our family was top notch! Thank you!!!

Very nice stay. Kids enjoyed pools and hot tubs

Overall a very nice stay. Meghan was a wonderful host and was quick to answer all of our questions. Condo was nice and pull out couch was perfect for 2 of our little ones to sleep. Bathrooms are a little outdated but worked for what we needed. Pools, hot tubs and beach were perfect to keep us and our kids busy.

Relaxing trip!

Condo was clean and just as described.The couch was extra comfortable. Megann was always quick to respond. And you can tell she goes above and beyond to make it feel like home! The on-site restaurant was nice…we ended up eating there four times because it was good and convenient.
