Served its purpose, but not impressed

The views and the beach were fantastic...outdoor pool was great too. Not impressed with the condition of the property, what was included, and not included for the price (and fees). Property manager not very friendly when navigating some of the add-ons...specifically having to bring our own linens/towels/etc. Initially paid for the reservation in full thinking we would bring our own. Inquired about adding on their linen package (giving them more money) and was put on the clock and told we would forfeit our entire reservation if we didn't make a decision within 24 hours. It just seemed a bit much, overbearing, and unnecessary. So...we ended up bring our own linens/towels/etc. From talking with other guests/owners it seems like this particular unit is a "one-off" and other units for rent don't put the same stress/demands on their guests. All in all a good trip...just wouldn't recommend this particular rental agency to deal with in the future.

Great beach condo

Loved the property- it fit my family of 6. There was plenty to do. The location and view was amazing. Although I do wish sheets/towels were included and beds made upon arrival, we made it work. We made many great memories and would stay there again.

Pest control odor

We arrived after midnight to a very strong bug poison smell. It was so bad we couldn’t sleep. I let management know and they offered to bring up some Fabreeze, which in my option would have made it worse. We turned off the air and opened the doors to air it out. That only helped when the doors were open. As soon as we closed them the odor was back. It was in the furniture, the curtains, and beds. The pantry was disgusting and the dishwasher didn’t work. We had no WiFi. We were there for a wedding and my sister was supposed to work remotely in order to take off for this trip. She tried all weekend only to finally be told that the building did not have any service. The only thing good I can say about the condo is the view from the balcony was great.

Beautiful views with beach right there, bar/restraint on 1st floor for drinks and bar food, nicer restaurants in bldg next door, coffee and ice cream also in next bldg. Nice pool area, also rebuilding covered pool right outside building. Would stay here again.

Good beach views and nice space

We very much enjoyed the views we had of the beach and the ability to open the sliding door and be able to see and hear the ocean even when hanging out at the condo. It rained most of our stay so it was nice to still experience the beach from our stay even when we could not go into the beach. The space was big and comfortable and was well cleaned. Check in and check out was simple. We were also in pretty quick driving distance to grocery stores and a few local restaurants. And there are even more restaurants in about a 25 minute drive. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.
