'Only stayed for one night but would recommend. Room was exactly as described and good facilities with the bonus of a fully equipped (but small) kitchen. I think the people who own this property take pride in what they offer.'

'2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

'My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.'

'Personnel très gentil, nous avons reçu la chambre à l’avance mais malheureusement aucun intérêt car impossible de rester dans la chambre tellement il faisait une chaleur insupportable. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur en plus pour la nuit mais ça n’a pas suffit. Une nuit horrible, on suffoquait presque dans la chambre. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre ni la porte car petit sas étouffant également. Nous avons quitté le logement très tôt pour respirer et s’hydrater mais pour presque 400 euros la...

'Felt that the description was intentionally misleading around the shared bathroom. This should be the first thing mentioned! Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt.'
