'Me and my friends recently stayed at the Rex Hotel in Greenwood and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The rooms were well-maintained, quiet, and very relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Greenwood and nearby...

'We were pleasantly surprised to see our room. It was up-to-date, clean with brand, new bedding, great pillows, a coffee maker and refrigerator very nice accommodations. The inside was very clean. Eugene was great at the front desk. We’re glad we made the step there at during our travels to the East Coast. Disappointed that the pool was not open as we were planning on sitting there after a long drive. We appreciated the snacks of water and cookies and chips that were available at the office....

'The best stay ever!!! The most exciting feature was the valet parking! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing! The staff moved so quickly, during check out we needed a cart for the luggage before we could pack the bells man was at the door! The bar tenders at the pool did an amazing job. I would go again and again!'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'DISGUSTING. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Rude staff telling us its the smell of the wood not mold. Desk staff unbelievably unprofessional, hanging up on me several times refusing to process refund. Working with expedia to get my money back. RUN from this place'
