'We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, spotless Skye cottage. Mairi was a fantastic host—friendly and quick to respond. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen spacious and well equipped. Just 9 minutes from Portree, it’s convenient yet perfectly remote for that “end of the world” feeling. Would love to stay here again!'

'This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful , spacious house, off the beaten path, on the beach, perfect for our group of 5 adults. Great kitchen with enough pots and pans for cooking and eating and storing food. Lovely rooms. pretty outdoor space to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Beautiful sunsets. Loved sleeping to the sounds of waves rolling in and sheep calling out in the distance. Perfection! Long one lane drive off the main road.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Malt House. It was a it is described on VRBO. We were a group of 4 and found the upstairs living space and the downstairs bedrooms/bathroom to work great. The Malt House is 5 minutes walking from Portree center. Try Antlers and Sea Breezes for dinner but make reservations. We had outstanding dinners at both restaurants. The Tour Skye, Best of Skye Day Tour was everything you would need to see the sights of the Isle of Syke. It's an incredible island!!!'

'This cottage is wonderful. It is superbly appointed, incredibly warm, and has beautiful linen on the beds and furnishings throughout. We spent three nights here, and honestly, you could easily stay for seven. Leaving was incredibly hard. Thank you, Jacqui, for a hospitable stay. '

'Tern House is an incredible property! Weather prevented us from spending as much time outdoors on Skye as we planned, but lighting a fire at the house, cooking a meal in the kitchen and curling up on the couch made for a lovely, cozy afternoon. All the details of the house are gorgeous and Iain and Caroline provided some great recommendations for all aspects of our travel. The Stein Inn down the road gave us our favorite meal of our trip. 'Heaven on earth is how I describe Isle of Skye and this place helped cement my feeling about it. The house is adorable and had plenty of space for our group of 5. We enjoyed our stay very much and particularly enjoyed the views of Loch Caroy in the morning and in the evening. We would easily stay here again if we return to Isle of Skye. The only things we would suggest for future guests is to be sure to bring some extra toilet paper and paper towels/ napkins with you. '
