'They don't even have a blow dryer in the room they took a $100 deposit from me for reserving the suite I called to say that I was going to be 15 minutes late I was 5 minutes past that 15 minutes and checking out and they keep my entire deposit when I went to the manager to speak to them about it they went in the other room and close the door behind me and when I would call they would just hang up on me they have no pool they have no view they don't have a nice location they have absolutely no...

'Nice property with a lovely outside area. There are chairs and a pool. They also have a basketball area. It’s one of the better outside areas I have seen in Irvine. This hotel is close to Food and shopping as well. Extremely nice staff at check in. Huge difference from the Homewood down the street. Great place for families.'

'If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor.'
