'We had a room with a Beautiful balcony, looking up at the mountains. Fresh Mountain air, loved the peace and quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The room finishes were not new But very adequate. We just loved our stay! And we discovered the white van that takes you to the Vihren Hut Is only a five minute walk so that was perfect! Alain all we really enjoyed our stay.'

'Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Walking distance to gondola ski lift. Restaurant of the hotel has lots of choice and is open late. Room was spacious with a good shower and good wifi connection. Overall look is a bit old fashioned but don't have a problem with that. I haven't seen a lift in the hotel so if you stay on the 3th floor ... If we would go back to Bansko we 'll stay again in Kap House ! '
