« The room had poo on the wall and could do with a good pains and clean the sink was all dirty the room was small the bathroom was a cupboard size could barely move no staff all night there a hour away so if there was an emergency, they won’t be there on time But breakfast was lovely that it »

« The lady who runs the hotel is great and can't be more helpfull. I stayed in a single room which was compact but enough for one person and it had a 3/4 bed which was nice. For a clean, comfortable ensuite room within walking distance on the town the hotel is amazing value. Breakfast was extra but well worth the additional £8 »

« Was exactly what I needed, continental breakfast included ,only needed for a bed as I was out all day,there is off street parking if needed »

« We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time. »

« Well when i got their they said I didn't booked a lodge, they placed me and my mrs upstairs bare in mind my fiance as got physical disabilities where she struggling to walk up stairs, the staff wasn't engaging with us, and left us to defend our self's, would never recommend anyone to go to this site »

« Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....
