'Bigger than expected large rooms well equipped fabulous coastal village'

'A lovely house which was perfect for our short family break. The house is completed to a high spec and the garden is very well maintained. The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay.'

We took mum in a wheelchair struggled a little as there was a step into the property. My only criticism would be that the cafe near the beach did not have wheelchair access so we were unable go in'

'Well equipped, spacious bungalow with delightful views across the Lincolnshire countryside. The online information misses many of the features of the premise, The two lounges, the bunk beds in the 'twin' bedroom, the existence of a dishwasher. It provides far more than promised. Only real downside were the mattresses on the double beds, thin with springs so uncomfortable and the beds have a solid frame around them so decidedly uncomfortable entry and exit. The walk in showers to the ensuites...

'Ideal location, large property, staff very helpful and friendly, took feedback well, property in need of some TLC, damp is an issue in main bathroom, cleaning could be better, carpets stained and tired looking, no batteries in clocks, and a few other little things that would've made it the perfect stay, staff did say they would try to improve the property, would stay again 😊'

'Great little cottage in quiet locality, I'd say it's uber comfortable for 5 adults ( pull out bed for 6th isn't really usable other than snaffling the mattress & using in lounge... as we did). Cottage well equipped & everything clean. Local town great with nice pubs, co-op, chip shop. Short drive to great beaches. Lovely stay.'

'We had a weekend break with 3 adults and 5 children. The property was spacious - plenty of room for the kids to play in the living areas and plenty of bathrooms. Easy to check in and host was responsive. Clean bathrooms and plenty of linen/ towels. Easy 20 minute walk with kids to town to the Pleasure Beach and 10 minutes to get onto to beach and walk down the beach route. Easy on street parking. Would recommend this property for a family or group. Thank you!'

'We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again'

'Check in was quick and easy. Caravan was spotless everything we needed in there. Site facilities were incredible, lovely park, soft play on site which was free to use! Nightlife was so good, the ‘superstars’ were fantastic with the children, remembering some of their names, very welcoming and inclusive to everyone. Swimming pool was lovely! Little splash pool for the baby’s/toddlers with a little slide, a splash area with water fountains and then the main pool along with two large slides and...

'We enjoyed our short two night stay in the van. Had no trouble finding the van. Dog loved the veranda sitting there chatting to the neighbours dogs. Short walk to the shop-morrisons. And a nice walk into ingoldmells. Everything you need for a few nights is in the caravan. Didn't really use the kitchen utensils so can't comment. One negative thing is, the beds weren't very comfy, we made do for two nights but gave me back ache after the second night. It wouldn't stop me from returning....
