'The house was lovely, modern, clean. My second trip to the cabins. I love it here, so brought my family this time. We loved the common outdoor area by the river and spent many happy hours there together. The Forest Service accross the highway was so helpful and the nearby trails were beautiful.Our last night at the Obsidian Grill and General Store was fantastic with live music, great food and such a perfect mix of locals, fellow travelers and super cute canines. We were here for 8 nights with our dog while having home repairs done, so we were not staying as “tourists” - we honestly spent a lot of time inside and on the patio doing our work (good wifi), cooking meals (nice array of cooking utensils/appliances), and walking our dog around the lovely, quiet, forest neighborhood. We also found the location really convenient for getting into downtown...
