Our delightful apartment has everything you could wish for to spend happy and carefree days with your partner or your family.



Our two-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024. It is located on the ground floor (there are a couple of steps) and has an independent entrance and a pleasant private garden with deckchairs and a table with chairs for outdoor dining. An awning protects it on the hottest days.



The house is small but very well-kept. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher and small appliances for more comfortable use), a sofa that turns into a comfortable bed, smart TV. Two windows make it bright and welcoming.



The room is spacious, with a closed wardrobe with a safe for your valuables.

The bathroom is very chic, with a large walk-in shower. In the hallway we have a niche with a washing machine and cleaning products and equipment.



We have a closed garage in the basement and a condominium parking space.



Air conditioning is available in both rooms with an independent machine.

It is located in a rather quiet secondary street, services such as supermarkets, beach and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. The shuttle to the historic center passes a short distance away.

In summer there may be a bit of movement due to the proximity to the beach.
