'mooi hotel alleen jammer dat ze niet iedere dag de kamer komen schoonmaken. maar helaas is dat nu steeds vaker in amerika. je betaald toch ook gewoon voor de kamer dus vind schoonmaken iedere dag toch wel zeer gewenst. je kon wel extra handdoeken krijgen'

'I would have rated all 5 stars but my room had a very hard mattress and a unit that made a noise. However, I was moved to another room and treated very well. Staff at this facility is top notch. All were very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. My second room had a comfortable bed. Free breakfast had good selections. Highly recommend Marriot TownePlace Suites.'

'The room floor is as dirty when we arrived tha our socks were black. We asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said no she was done. There was no cable our entire stay. They did not clean the rooms or have clean towels. Tried making a complaint but I was told to speak with Maureen but she impossible to reach. This is unacceptable! Do not stay here!!!'

'The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. '

'Room was clean. Breakfast fell short of expectations. The yogurt machine never worked during our entire 4 night stay. The (1) pancake maker constantly either broke down or ran out of batter. Might get 2-4 very small pancakes. The lines for the pancakes gets long. My family's just said forget it one of those mornings and went next door to the Donut Hole for breakfast.'

'Hotel told me they had no room for me. Hotel sent me an email confirming reservation 6 months ago. Hotel sent me a request for a review. When I went to check in, I was told Expedia never forwarded my reservation. How am I getting emails from the hotel if they didn't know I had a reservation?'

'Rarely am I pleasantly surprised when I stay somewhere, but this place was very cute, clean, and comfortable for my family of three. We were worried about distance from the beach but you are very close to public beach access. We had the best time and would love to book again some time soon. '

'Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was dirty, and had a smell. Food was on the floor. I had to clean up before my kids enter the room. Staff lady was cool she gave me some cleaning supplies, but overall it was ok.'
