'The pool in this hotel is nothing like the pictures. It is so dirty you can not even see the bottom. It is littered with bird droppings. After having seen the pool, I am havig trouble eating at the hotel, do they take care of their kitchen the same way they take care of their pool? Apparently, the management of the hotel does not like the reviews being posted on various sites. The various signs at the restaurant 'If you think our staff is rude, please talk to the management' makes you think...

'My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day. 'This is 3 star hotel so fell right within our expectations. Nothing flash but quite satisfactory. We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious. Wi-Fi was patchy and needed rebooting regularly in an adjacent room.'
