'Location! Location! Location! This house is located on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The view from the pool was amazing and we were able to open the patio sliding doors for a full ocean breeze while in the living room. There are mini-split air conditioners in every bedroom. 'We had an excellent experience. The only problem was the map location on VRBO was not correct and we had some difficulty finding the location on arrival.We rented a car which was very helpful. You can walk to the beach and shops/restaurants but driving was much more efficient and parking always easy. There is a local tennis and pickleball facility (American Tennis Academy) that we enjoyed. No ocean view from first floor or pool but it is very private and most of the homes there lack that level...

'Lovely, spacious house. It has a nice outside with a swimmingpool. The pooltable was fun when it was raining. Great relaxing view over the ocean. Some things were a little dated, like the the sunchairs. But the owner is open for suggestions and making the place better. The neighbourhood is quiet. Because of the height difference we didnt walk places, but within a 5 minute drive there are some reastaurants/shops. Its a good location. We had a really nice stay.'

Location is nice and quiet in a residential area, yet night life, restaurants and bars are only minutes away. You can walk through the area for some exercise and enjoy more amazing views.
