Great time!

We came for a 50th birthday celebration and everything was amazing! We were able to dock our boat at the house and that made the trip that much better not to have to drive to the marina. The property was amazing and everything was very easy. There were really no checkout instructions either which made for a very stress free departure and was a pleasant surprise after a fun tiring weekend to not have to stress about anything. Highly reccomend!

This place is perfect!

I’ve stayed ant many properties over the years, most of them high end. This one is perfect. From the communication of the host to every little detail in the house, it could not have been a better experience. House is luxurious and extremely well organized and equipped, and check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Cannot overstate how strongly I recommend this house and this host.

5 Star Property

This property is meticulous. Everything that you need has been thought of, and it is exactly like the pictures. Well decorated, clean, well-organized, great linens and super comfy beds. The host supplied coffee, sun screen, cleaning items, and a great set-up to walk the 7 minutes to the beach: wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. The house is beautiful and pool is great. The channel is fun to watch the boats go back and forth. Beach is very walkable, other restaurants and food places, however, are not. We ubered to Palm Beach and was about 20 minutes. We had to uber to the Publix which is on the other side of the bridge. So just plan for that. If you are looking for relaxing beach house- this is it! It was definitely a 5 Star.

Hidden Gem!

Seven Palms exceeded my expectations. Everything about home was exceptional quality and layout was well designed. What I was not familiar with was the development where home is located. It felt like home and not a party scene. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and we enjoyed walks in the evening and coffee by the waterway in the morning. We enjoyed having space outside with TV in the cabana which could be enjoyed even during a couple of rain showers. The beds, linens are of high quality and kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. Cecelia was always a text away if I had questions and response time was minutes. All in all a phenomenal experience for young and old and would highly recommend! I’m looking forward to return next fall. A huge thank you for the snacks provided on our arrival too! CDH

Better than expected

Amazing property with very thoughtful owners. Home is better than it looks in the pictures and the location is amazing. If possible, I highly recommend you bring your boat as world-class fishing, diving, snorkeling and sandbars with crystal clear water are only a few minutes away. The owners put a lot of thought into the property with a high attention to detail, you don’t need to bring anything but your suitcase. 5 stars.

We loved our stay at Seven Palms. The property is incredibly organized, clean and beautifully decorated and stocked. Lovely place to grill some fish and sit and relax with friends and family. It was perfectly situated on Singer island and Palm Beach. The property manager was extremely helpful and set up a house website with recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We recommend a trip to peanut island taking the taxi from sailfish marina which has a busy and delicious restaurant. Also the Kennedy Space Center is a surprisingly easy day trip if you leave by 7am. Enjoy!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION

Our family could not have asked for a more beautiful, meticulously organized and clean, well located rental on Singer Island!!! Wow. We loved it This stunning house was also located next to the beach (5 minute walk), shops and restaurants and had a water view. The pool and patio were terrific to hang out together as a family. My kids really appreciated the high speed internet for work. Highly recommend!

This home is beyond gorgeous! Immaculately remodeled home! So much style and beyond hip! Heart shaped pool! Magical place! Awesome fishing from the dock on the inter coastal waterway! The beach is right here! Peaceful awesome property with wonderful neighbors. Kind nice wonderful people. Awesome indoor and outdoor showers! Stunning Home perfectly equipped!

This is the best VRBO any of us have ever stayed in! Everything about the communication from booking to check out was fantastic. The house looked beautiful in the pictures but was even better in person. The kitchen was perfectly stocked (actually had way more than you typically see in a rental) all appliances were new and in great condition. The beds were extremely comfortable with large sliders to see the beauty outside. If you have a boat, the location of this house is super easy to get to so many places. We will definitely be booking again…. And again!!!

Just what we needed!

This was our last stop of our honeymoon and after traveling abroad for several week with canceled/missed flights, lost luggage…this home was perfect and just what we needed! The decor is beautiful and the location was perfect! We spent every day in the pool and enjoyed our coffee down by the canal each morning. So peaceful, even with a 4th of July holiday, it was so quiet! From check in to check out, communication was so easy and efficient. Can’t say enough great things!! We can’t wait to come back!
