There was a lot of stuff that needs improvement including a broken shade in the upstairs bathroom, no shade in the downstairs bathroom, disconnected slats in the bedframe in one of the bedrooms, TV remote with dead batteries, lamps missing the knobs to turn them on and off, missing bulbs in some of those same lights, no outside light in the back of the house, disconnected door on a kitchen cabinet, loose panels on the baseboard heaters, and bedside tables that...

'We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!'

'House was lovely and very comfortable. The ammenities in house were plentiful and up to date. We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. House was roomier and nicer than it appeared in the photos'

'The host, Vi, was so welcoming and gracious. The house is just as pictured. Easily accommodated our group of 10 in town for a hockey game. Location was so convenient for the arena , restaurants, and stores. Will definitely look for this listing on our next Hartford trip. '
