'All 4 times I've stayed here, the rooms were on the ground floor next to my car. It's located near the freeway, close to restaurants. The rooms are clean with small refrigerators and microwaves. Staff is friendly.'

'Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.'

'The elevator was down, we were told that the only room available was on the 3rd floor. When we tried to access the room, it seemed to be locked from the inside. We were then given a room on the first floor. The facility was clean enough. This is a budget establishment, and you get what you pay for.'

'The staff were very kind and the room was spacious and clean. The pool was quite run down and the skimmer wasn’t working as there were a bunch of hairs floating in the pool. (Black hairs, my husband is ginger and I am blonde so it wasn’t ours). One of the pool ladders is loose and when I went to climb out it shifted and I hit my foot and fell back into the pool pretty hard.'

'We were on the ground floor and the people on 2nd floor above our room were very noisy, loud thumping and banging on the floor after 11 pm that caused us to startle while trying to sleep. Sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping large items on the floor. I would not recommend any floor except the top. Overall it was clean except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was filthy with dirty dust filing the vents slots and hanging from it. The wall behind the toilet beside the tub was...

'My room 124 looked like someone was trying to remodel but failed miserably. The light cover in the bathroom was broken and there was a sponge sitting on top of it. The toilet was inches from the wall and the seat was very loose. Also it looked like someone had capped off an old toilet between the tub and the toilet above ground. There were black spots on the mattress protector when I checked for bed bugs. My husband refused to sleep under the covers! Had everything in the area not been sold out...
