Sunrise Cove 116: Spacious Waterfront Condo on Siesta Key w/ Washer and Dryer

Unit 116 is a spacious (2) bedroom/ (2) bath vacation rental at Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key. This unit is a unique and special unit for many reasons. This is one of the few condos with an in-unit washer and dryer. In addition, it is an end unit in building 2, which provides ample space and no neighboring unit. A cozy floor plan allows you to see views of the bay from any point in the living and dining areas. There is a king bed in the master bedroom suite, which includes a walk-in closet and private bathroom with tub. You can watch the sunrise from your bedroom as the bedroom window has a full view of the bay and sunrise. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The second bath is conveniently located at the front of the unit separate from all rooms. Guest bathroom has a step-in shower. Tile throughout the kitchen, living, master bedroom, bathrooms and dining areas create an open feel that is both modern and convenient. The lanai features a full table and chairs perfect for dining by the water. The lanai is open to the living area and does not have a slider to separate the space. This ground floor unit in building 2 allows you to walk to the docks, water and pools with just a few steps. The kitchen has a standard coffee pot and and ice maker.

Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key features amenities such as (2) Tennis ball courts, (4) Pickleball courts, (49) boat dock slips for a small fee, Fitness center, Game room with billiards, library and ping-pong, on-site management and maintenance, 70ft large temperature controlled lap pool, 40ft heated pool on the south end of the property, picnic area on the bay, (2) grilling areas, one of which is behind the cabana of the lap pool on the bay. Fishing is available off our seawall and docks with your own cleaning station with running water and lighting. Catch your dinner and cook it up on the grill. The Siesta Breeze trolley offers free transportation 365 days a year and stops across the street every 20 minutes. Each building offers free laundry rooms on each floor and elevators. Garbage chutes on each floor make taking the trash out a breeze. Covered, assigned parking ensures your vehicle is easily accessible. At Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key we have taken great care to ensure that each unit is fully furnished to create a home away from home that will ensure the best stay possible. Aside from the unit coming fully furnished the following items are left in the unit at check-in:

Each unit comes fully equipped with necessities, including the following:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Early Cancellation: The Advance Payment, less the non- refundable Administrative Fee of $100 and the non-refundable Booking Fee of 5% of the Rent and less all applicable State and County taxes associated, shall be refunded, if written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement is received by the Agent at least ninety (90) days before the arrival date appearing on the attached reservation form. Agent also reserves the right to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the arrival date by providing written notice of cancellation to the Guest in which event the Advance Payment shall be refunded in full including the Administrative Fee and the Booking Fee. If a Guest provides written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement for any reason after ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date appearing on the attached reservation form and before sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, Guest would be entitled to a refund of any amount paid, less the total Advance Payment amount.

2. Late Cancellation: If Guest provides written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement for any reason sixty (60) days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest is not entitled to any refund of the total amount paid. The same applies if the Guest arrives after the scheduled arrival date and/or if your time in the Unit is interrupted for any reason and you leave earlier than your scheduled departure date. Provided however, in the event Agent is able to rent the Unit to another guest for the entire rental period at the same rental fee and cost specified in this Occupancy Agreement, the payments paid by Guest, shall be refunded in full less the non-refundable Administrative Fee and the non-refundable Booking Fee. In the event the Unit is only rented for part of the rental period, a prorated refund will be made based on the portion of the canceled occupancy period that was paid for by another guest. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE GUEST OBTAIN TRAVEL INSURANCE WHEN THE RESERVATION IS MADE IN THE EVENT THAT YOU MUST CANCEL.

3. VRBO Booking Fee: VRBO charges an 8%-12% Booking fee at the time of booking through their platform that is non-refundable. Please take note of the fee applied by them at booking in the event of cancellation.
