Deze VOLLEDIG GERENOVEERDE 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers unit heeft een keuken van de chef-kok met veel ruimte om te koken terwijl het ook open is voor gasten. Ontspan op een van je twee privébalkons of zit op het strand uitgeroepen tot nummer 1 in de VS voor 2017! Deze prachtig aangelegde woning heeft 3 zwembaden, grillstations, strandstoelen en een tiki-hut op het strand. Master suite beschikt over een kingsize bed, de logeerkamer heeft een queensize bed, queensize bed met volledige onderschuifbed. Het apparaat slaapt comfortabel 6 gasten.

Siesta

10/10 from beginning to end. We all absolutly loved the place it was beautiful and clean and had so many amenities for us. It’s directly on a gorgeous private beach and only a few minutes from the town. Will absolutely be back and stay here again :)

When we lchecked in, they were giving us the keys to a different property. Very disorganized. Our condo was nice, but the view is definitely not was let down. The building next is boarded up. Also, there were only z”small” beach towels that small towel. No other amenities. The pool was small and filled with flies.

Great place to stay!

Nice, comfortable, and convenient condo with great views. Beds slept good, couch was super comfy, and loved chair on deck. The beach chairs and supplies were handy. I would recommend softer bath towels but that is it. I would stay there again. The 4th of July fireworks were incredible!!

The condo was decorated beautifully. I was a little disappointed in some things that were not cleaned correctly when we arrived, there were also a couple stains on bedding and towels .We weren’t able to use the water and ice from the fridge due to the filter needing replaced. Also hated the elevator, it was very slow, hot and stuffy inside. I took the stairs instead. But aside from that we really enjoyed our stay. Cooking in the kitchen didn’t seem like such a chore with the view of the ocean out the window. The balcony views were great as well and the sunroom was the perfect spot during thunderstorms Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable and it was great having beach toys and chairs if we needed them. The pool was nice, they close at dusk which was a letdown. It would've been nice to end our days at the pool every night. Host was great at communication as well. Would have been nice to have a stove and or counter cleaner so we didn’t have to just wipe our messes with water and a paper towel but we did our best ! Overall, we just really enjoyed our stay. And it is literally steps from the sand, I loved that!

The location was great! The unit itself left a lot to be desired. It was bare bones - the couch was completely broken down- a shutter fell down in the middle of the night- the fridge had broken drawers, the ice maker didn’t work and the washing machine sounded like it had marbles in it. There were no blankets on the beds it was basically 2 sheets. The property itself was great!

Great location friendly staff and residents

Found everything we needed. Dryer vent was disconnected, needs a missing piece/part. Master Bath SHOULD have GRAB BAR IN THE SHOWER, especially for older folks (like me) Would stay again and recommend it to friends.

Nice condo

, elevator v slow and common area need to be painted. Renting umbrellas or cabana.. hit or miss.. they often don’t answer phone. You can use the beach chairs but need to drag them to beach. Also I’d vice getting travel insurance.. without it there is no expectation on change even during a hurricane.

Beautiful but infested

This unit is very beautifully remodeled, but until someone takes action with the pest control in the building, there is no amount of remodeling that will make it acceptable. We found several roaches in our unit during our stay. The management sent someone with a can of spray to address the problem. We were also advised that at least one of the other units had “roof rats”. We found stains on the bedding (that came out when I washed them). And new this year was the policy of charging a resort fee of $25 per day, which we didn’t get advised about until we arrived to pick up the key code. Definitely won’t be staying at this resort again.

Stay in Siesta - Paradise

We had a great stay in Siesta at Jamaica Royale. The condo was extremely nice, clean and on the beach. It had everything we needed to have a great stay and the location by the beach was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place as you will not be disappointed!

not what we signed up for

Inside condo was nice and modern. Nice beach toys and chairs/wagon. No drapes or curtains in the master bedroom is a horrible idea. The lighting flash keep us up at night all week. No towel holders in the master bathroom. Screens for patio was broken. The washer machine and dryer was small but efficient. Need a better vacuum. 1 pool was broke and could not be used. Outside sewer drain broke and flooded the area and my vehicle up to the top of my tires. Handle ripped off the door to the stairwell. Fire alarm tripped for 30 minutes because the alarm guy did not tell anyone he was testing it. Contractor came into condo for an estimate during the week. Nosey area and could not use the balcony because of the dead fish smell from the red tide. Family coughed all week.
