    Dit onlangs gerenoveerde twee slaapkamer / twee badkamers condo biedt plaats aan vier comfortabel en biedt een tropische inrichting en tegels overal. Eenmaal binnen vindt u een volledig uitgeruste keuken met moderne apparatuur en een aparte wasruimte. De combinatie woonkamer / eetkamer biedt een eethoek voor vier personen, extra zitplaatsen aan de ontbijtbar, een flatscreen-tv met lcd-scherm, een dvd-speler en nieuw lederen meubilair. Geniet van de prachtige Siesta Key-zonsondergang vanaf uw eigen balkon bij de woonkamer. De slaapkamers beschikken over nieuwe meubels met de kamer met twee aparte bedden en de meester een koning. November 2017 Stay

We had a wonderful time and hope to come back next year!! Our room was really nice and very comfortable and the view of the gulf was perfect. A very relaxing trip.

Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was decorated with a beach theme and very clean. It had everything we needed except beach towels. We had to buy those. It is located right on Siesta Key beach. The sand on the beach was so soft and the water was clear and beautiful. We walked across the street to eat, shop, and listen to music. We also went kayaking in mangroves and saw a dolphin. I hope to visit again and stay in the same place. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House of the Sun was a recommendation from a good friend. Each condo is different and ours was absolutely beautiful. It felt like home. The furniture was comfortable, the bed and pillows, as well, which is always important! I love the way the owners decorated it. We own a condo In Maine on the ocean and I took pictures to bring home with me I will be redecorating soon! The only thing that I will say yes this was our first trip in January and I would not go at this time again. We only got about five days on the beach or by the pool during our 13 days there. It was simply too chilly with the temperatures ranging from mid 60s to mid 70s when of course we were outside. Also, the location was a little bit too crowded for us even though it’s not, some what we were told, not too bad while we were there. As far as the accommodations I have nothing negative to say at all. We were more than happy and if we do come back it would more than likely be in October with our friends. Thank you so much for a delightful time! Although we didn’t spend time or not a lot on the beach there are many other things to do.

The unit, itself, is pretty and it's always nice to have a washer/dryer. We were very disappointed, however, that the grills had been vandalized prior to our stay and there was only one burner on one grill that worked. Having purchased and brought a lot of meat to grill for our extended family vacation, this was difficult. Many people expressed their anger as we all had to wait hours for the one burner. We asked the office to buy a new grill but they said some were on order and they had no idea when they were going to come in.

The condo had been advertised as updated but the appliance had not been. And the one point we had the most trouble with was the washer and dryer. They took forever! Other than that the furnishings of the condo were first rate and would definitely stay again.

A "Frat House" at Xmas/New Years

The property was very nice, but this location is not for those looking for a peaceful Siesta Key experience. While our Condo was very nice, there was an almost constant noise of people (young children and young adults) in the hallways. If you're not on the top floor, expect plenty of noise from people moving chairs around on the tile floor and from the sound of heavy-footed people walking around in the unit above you. The all concrete construction of the building and the tile floors within the condos transfer noise.
