De slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel kingsize bed, grote kasten, een complete badkamer, een werk / make-up station en een grote high-definition flatscreen televisie. De logeerkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden, grote kasten en een high-definition flatscreen televisie. Indien nodig kunt u 6 slapen met behulp van de slaapbank in de woonkamer.

    De plattegrond is open overal met een mooie vloeiende eetkamer woonkamer combo die leidt tot een mooi groot luchtig balkon met ligstoelen en een tafel om buiten te eten. De woonkamer heeft een nieuwe 50-inch, ultra-high definition-tv en een thuisbioscoop-soundbar. Plafondventilatoren bevinden zich in elke kamer. Overal is gratis WiFi. De bijgewerkte keuken heeft roestvrijstalen apparaten en alles wat nodig is om een kok comfortabel te maken, waaronder een nieuw Keurig koffiezetapparaat en een nieuwe stapelbare LG-wasmachine en -droger.

    Dit gezinsvriendelijke appartement heeft een gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de golf en ligt op een steenworp afstand van het onlangs door ons genoemde privéstrand: Best Beach in America 2017 by Dr. Strand en Beste Strand voor 2017 door TripAdvisor vanwege zijn verbazingwekkende kwartswitte zand. Bovendien zijn er resortvoorzieningen op het terrein en zijn er leuke lokale activiteiten aan de overkant van de straat. Je zult het hier geweldig vinden!

Great vacation rental, everything we needed. The condo and beach amenities worked very well for us. Easy Check-in and out, great location. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and well equipped

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Overall it was nicely furnished and well equipped. However, the towel bar in the guest bathroom kept falling out of the end caps, which was annoying. The swimming pool area was also nice and the sand on Siesta Key Beach is very fine. The sunsets were beautiful. Our unit was very close to the road, so we could hear a lot of noise from the businesses across the street, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

School vacation stay

The condo is true to pictures on line, nice furnishings, comfortable beds. Guest parking is free for February but they start charging in March. Also, you are allowed 4 chairs per unit, 2 white and 2 yellow. Beach towels are also available in the game room. If you plan to cook bring your own seasonings including salt and pepper. Overall very nice condo, great beach and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of friends and I had a great time here! We loved the location; it was within walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store. The trolley picked up right outside too. The interior was clean and well maintained. We did have a few issues (moldy washer upon check in and no beach towels), but they were taken care of immediately. There was an inventory at the front desk, if an odd item was needed (cookie sheets, for us). The interior is very quiet; however, music could be heard throughout the night on the balcony.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took a 10 day trip to the beach and stayed in House of the Sun on Siesta Key. Great beach location. What else do you need other than beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, right? The beach chairs were reliable. However, for 3 of the days there were NO beach towels for any of the guests because, and I quote, the towels were all dirty and no one had remembered to wash them! Beach umbrellas were for rent for $20 per day (I will say that the umbrella rental company was great to work with). I talked to various people staying at other places on crescent beach about their respect service levels and took down the names of the buildings that had good service for our next trip

We did fill out the form when we left for the owner. Not sure where that went. We stayed in spare room. Maybe new mattresses at least on the bigger bed and new extension cords on both side that include charging for phones. Our biggest problem is that TV's all work differently so a printed instruction for each room would avoid the desk coming to help.

House of the Sun staff is very nice and helpful if you need anything. They really keep the property clean and maintained. The location is right on the beach & close to restaurants. Although 402GS was not available yet for next year, we made sure we booked another condo for next year because we love this property!

House of the Sun provides lounge chairs for your use on their private beach, and if you don't want to bring an umbrella for shade, you can simply rent one for the day or week from the efficient vendor right on the property. Washers and dryers are included in the units which are nice to have for washing out a few things before your trip home or after a day on the beach.

There are just two comments that I would like to include. We felt that the kitchen was lacking in the amount of silverware and some utensils. We cleaned the lint trap after each use of the dryer. The vents may need to be cleaned as the appliance took an excessive amount of time to dry clothes.Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay!

The staff is very nice .This is our 2nd stay at this properly. And we do plan on returning. But I do have to say. The master bedroom is noisy. The music across the street is loud . Even though it stops at 10. The crowd is still partying. And they don't stop at 10. The bedroom window needs a blackout window shade.Street lights are very bright . It lights up the room like daylight.

Could Be Better

The VT in the master bedroom and living room didn't work the first couple days until maintenance came and repair and replaced them. Went to through some stakes on the grill and there were three people waiting and only one grill and several burners not working in that one. Never grilled that week. I understand the new chair policy however we had to buy chair while there were at least 30 chairs stacked up by the pool.

We had a minor issue with the laundry which was solved within the hour of bringing it to the mgmt company's attention. The worst thing was the english lady who ran the beach chairs. She lectured us when the beach was empty about taking more than two chairs. It was a bit of a weird thing, she appeared to leave everyone else who did the same alone.
