    Deze gerenoveerde Gulf View-eenheid heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, voor 6 personen. De kapitein is gerenoveerd en heeft een kingsize bed en een groot bad met betegelde douche en vloer. 2e slaapkamer ook gerenoveerd heeft 2 aparte bedden. 2e bad heeft nieuwe betegelde douche en keramische vloer. Plafondventilatoren en tv's bevinden zich in de slaapkamers en in de woonkamer. Ook unit heeft draadloos internet! Er zijn nieuwe keramische tegelvloeren overal behalve de 2 slaapkamers met nieuwe vloerbedekking. Deze accommodatie biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico vanaf de bank, de eettafel of het balkon. Er zijn ligstoelen, een tafel en stoelen om te zonnebaden, eten of gewoon genieten van het uitzicht op het strand of kijk naar de zonsondergang! Het strand heeft 99% kwartszand dat nooit je voeten verbrandt, ongeacht de temperatuur. Het is erg wit en poederachtig! Of geniet van ons zonnedek met een fantastisch uitzicht! Nogmaals, welkom in het paradijs!

Fun in the sun

A perfect 10 days on theb beach. We couldn't say more about the location, cleanliness, amenities, and interactions throughout the rental process. We rented a car for easy access to other beaches, groceries, the village but that would not be necessary if you planned on staying at the property's own amazing beach. The weather was amazing, which no one can control, but we where surely lucky. Would rent here again no questions asked.

House of Sun is located perfectly and provides easy access to the beach and other amenities. Unit 312 is adequately outfitted and offers most everything you need to enjoy your time there, including a fabulous view of the beach. The unit does need updating and a refresh, but if you don’t care about those things, you can enjoy your time there and focus on the beach. (As a side note, the association is changing their pricing structure, which results in a HUGE increase for upcoming rentals.)

Our unit was clean, the view was awesome we couldn’t see sunset but wasn’t a big deal because there are two sun decks to choose from or the beach. Everything was in walking distance, except the blvillage was a bit of a hike for kids. Everything was honestly 5 star except for the glass tables that my son literally sliced his toe open. We love siesta and will always stay at house of sun but they just have to get rid of the glass tables.

Beach Retreat

I would say the beds do need upgrades, new beds pleases they are dated. The view and very good sized balcony was a welcomed treat every morning and throughout the day to relax and enjoy the view of the highly rate beach. The office staff were always welcoming, helpful and responsive to our questions, they were always just 1 phone call away. The maintenance staff were also very approachable, upon our arrival one of the building staff was very kind to retrieve a luggage cart for us and deliver it right to our car, he made us feel right at home.
