This beautiful unit has been tastefully updated and offers an open primary living space where the kitchen, dining and living rooms all flow together in one large, airy space. The living room features a new 60" Smart TV. A unique feature of 202 is its full access to your private lanai via a sliding glass door that is hidden when fully opened to your breathtaking view of the beach. Plantation shutters on all windows give privacy, while still allowing a gulf breeze. The Master Suite features 2 queen-sized beds, and a 50" wall-mounted Smart TV. The en-suite bath features two sinks, a spacious walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom provides two twin beds, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. This bedroom can be opened to the main living area via barn doors, or closed for privacy. The second bath also features a walk-in shower for your ease. Ceiling fans and dimmable recessed lighting throughout add to your comfort! The kitchen design is wide open so you can enjoy friends and family while preparing a meal.
