If the truth be known, Pinkie Flamingo was a big fan of sunrise. After all …”the early bird gets the worm!” Never actually having eaten a worm in her life, Pinkie did appreciate the concept. As a curator of vacation rentals along Florida's Gulf Coast, it was Pinkie's sworn duty to seek out the best “guest nests” she could find and serve them up to those who could truly appreciate the finer things in life….like tequila, sunrises and sunsets.

With a primo corner ground floor location in the popular Midnight Cove II community on Siesta Key, this spacious 2-bedroom slice of heaven is the perfect backdrop on which to paint the best vacation memories of your life! The newly painted interior was refreshing, crisp and clean. “I love the cool color!” said Pinkie as she strolled through the 1700 sq ft plus condo. Well-appointed with everything needed for a wonderful guest experience, Tequila Sunrise will prove to be your favorite vacation go to! Extras around every turn including an air-conditioned entertainment porch overlooking the idyllic lawn leading out to the cove, where small pleasure craft bobbed happily in the gentle water. A dedicated workspace featuring desk, printer and two fold-out sleep chairs served to expand the functional space and add to the sleep count at the same time.
