'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. 'De locatie van het hotel is prima! Erg leuke omgeving Shinjuku. Perfect als uitvalbasis voor de stad maar ook Shinjuku zelf is erg gezellig om te vertoeven. De kamer was klein maar geriefelijk.. wel een beetje benauwd/warm in de kamer. Verder wel schoon en netjes... erg vriendelijk personeel.'
