'I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again.'

'Love this location for proximity to the jr line and monorail for easy transfer to the airports. Also not in a busy touristy part of the city, so perfect for people who get overwhelmed with the Tokyo congestion. A great bakery and 7-Eleven around the corner kept us fed for easy breakfasts before full days of sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of four, including two college-aged kids.'

'For the past 3 years, I have come every other season and have only stayed at this property. Everyone at the front desk was super nice, attentive, and very helpful. This hotel is about an 8-10-minute walk to Sensoji temple and the 24-hour Donki store, and is just outside the kitchen home area. There are Lawson and 711 not too far away, about a 13-minute walk from Tarawachi station on the Ginza line. It is also close to the Skytree. 'We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. There is a main control for the AC which they wanted to set at an unusually high temperature; it would also switch down/off at night.
