'The rooms were clean and common areas well maintained. Breakfast was the best and the staff were all helpful and very kind to all guests. It was the best stay I've had in a hotel.'

'The room was quite large in size, a couch or love seat would have been preferable to the one small chair. Mattress had much to be desired, very soft, probably needed replaced. Bottom sheet didn’t even cover the mattress on the side. We had an issue with the toilet running but the did come up and fix that the day we reported it. HVAC was rather loud and blew quite forcefully, had to keep adjusting the thermostat'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'This Marriott property is a little run down. The rooms are clean but the conditions could be a little better… it’s very old. The main issue with this location would have to be the staff. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all. They were rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered when approached. I’ve never had such - lack of hospitality at other Marriott locations.'
